Community guidelines
- Report only what you know first-hand — a call, a visit, or something the clinic published.
- No medical advice. Reports are about availability, not treatment.
- Never post another person's health information or name patients.
- Don't make claims about a named provider you can't verify.
- Clinic staff must disclose their affiliation — use the "Claim this clinic" flow instead of anonymous reports.
- Reports that get disputed by the community go to human review; abusive accounts lose posting privileges.
